Do you accept returns?

Yes, of course we accept returns for any reason.

How do I know if my item is eligible for a return?

As long as your item is unused and you contact us within 30 days of receiving your item we will accept a return.

What is the return process?

1. You notify us by email letting us know you would like to return an item.
2. We will email you back with our return shipping address.
3. You ship your item back to us.
4. As long as your item is unused you will be issued a full refund within 24 hours of us receiving your item.
5. Once a refund is issued you will receive a notification to the email or phone number provided.

Other important information

• Refunds are issued within 24 hours of us receiving your returned items. Please keep in mind that it may take your bank 3-7 business days to process the payment back to you.
• Buyers are responsible for all return postage fees charged by the postal service of their choice.
• Return address is located in the Russia.
• Items do not need to be returned in the original package but do need to be unused.
